Keep an eye out for the next intake of Mastering Manual Mode for Food Photography in early 2019.

There is a common misconception that manual mode is difficult to learn. It's actually a bit like driving a manual control car. It can seem tricky until you've got to grips with the controls, but once you comprehend what each of the three 'pedals' does (aperture, shutter speed and ISO), and you have learnt how to synchronise their function, it becomes second nature... and believe me you'll be driving your camera in full manual mode much faster than it takes to learn how to drive a car!

I will show you how to use manual mode with content-rich engaging videos, fully mentored assignments and quizzes to test your new-found knowledge. I will teach you using the exact same methodology that has never failed me yet.

"YES! I'm interested in being notified when this course becomes available again as well as news of other courses as they become available."

The course was exactly what I expected and more. In actual fact it's the first time I have completely understood Aperture and Shutter speed. This was due to Fran’s ability to deliver a very concise and easy to understand format. I particularly liked her teaching style.

“A very interesting short course that enhanced my passion for food photography – the real kind, where you don't just pull out your iPhone, but you take a moment to consider, and capture a beautiful photograph.”
